SOUND FAMILIAR?
The paint is chalky, the trim is peeling, and every time you pull into the driveway you notice it a little more.
Now there is a deadline and an approved color list. We help you pick from it and get it done before the next notice.
You want the big projects off the list while the money is set aside, not chipped away a little at a time.
One guy says $3,500, another says $9,000, and nobody explained what you are actually paying for.
WHY A CHEAP PAINT JOB PEELS IN 18 MONTHS
It looks great the day they hand it over. Then the Inland Empire sun goes to work on it. Here is what we do differently, and why it costs more up front.

The shortcut: caulk smeared in with a finger, painted over. Spiderweb lines are back in a year and a half.
Our way: we ask if you want a cosmetic or structural fix, then prep it so it holds. Patched walls can be re-textured to match.

The shortcut: two light sprayed coats. Fast for them, thin for you.
Our way: sprayed and back-rolled, so the paint is worked into the stucco and you get the full film thickness you paid for.

The shortcut: cheap paint straight onto stucco with no primer. That is where most peeling starts.
Our way: the right primer and the right paint for the surface, including elastomeric where the house calls for it.

The shortcut: sand and paint over it. Lipstick on a pig.
Our way: replace it. It usually costs about the same as restoring it, and you get straight, clean lines that last.

★★★★★
"I received a detailed change order and work proceeded. In one week our home went from looking decent to being one of the best in the neighborhood."
Mark J. · Full exterior, One-story

★★★★★
"After weeks of hunting for the right person to paint my house, and receiving outrageous estimates, I came across Videma... a week after I received the estimate, my home was already painted."

MEET THE OWNER
Paint should be the last thing you do to a house, not a cover-up for bigger problems. That honesty has cost Damian a few jobs. It is also why most of his work comes from neighbors who watched their street change.
He will tell you when a color will look dated in five years, when a shutter is cheaper to rebuild than restore, and exactly what every line on your proposal pays for.
And the name? It is not a last name. Victoria, Debra and Mateo, his three kids.
ABOUT PRICE
When one quote is half of another, something got left out. A proper exterior is close to a full week of a crew's labor before paint, insurance and workers' comp. If the number does not cover that, the prep is what gets cut.
Your proposal breaks out every area so you can compare apples to apples, and we will build it around your budget instead of guessing at it.
Every Videma proposal includes
✔ Line-item pricing for stucco, fascia, eaves and trim
✔ Pressure wash and full surface prep
✔ Sprayed and back-rolled coats
✔ Color guidance, including HOA-approved palettes
✔ Final walk-through with you
